FishNet Support and Consulting Rates
This policy defines FishNet service charges for support and consulting. This policy was published March 4, 2001.
LAN and PC Service
(includes onsite LAN service, PC service for either hardware or software, in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex)
- Office Hours:
- $85.00/hour if service is paid when performed
- $95.00/hour if service is invoiced to the client
- Emergency Service (outside normal office hours):
- $115.00/hour if service is paid when performed
- $125.00/hour if service is invoiced to the client
Internet Configuration Telephone Consulting
(except for initial service configuration, includes telephone consulting for client hardware and software for Internet LAN or dialup access configuration, e-mail client software, FTP client program, HTML editors, modem firmware updates, or other such Internet configuration related service)
- Office Hours:

HTML Consulting
(includes HTML funtionality consulting and contracted modifications to client Web pages)

General Software or Service Design Consulting
- Office Hours:

FishCart Consulting
(includes FishCart installation, configuration, design and modification consulting)

Security Consulting
(includes client and server security concept consulting, VPN design and implementation, system security configuration consulting, intervention in attack or hacking cases)
